What I’ve Learnt Whilst Being In Lockdown.

Being in lockdown has allowed me to do a range of things I'd either forgotten about, didn't feel like I had time for and to spent some time with myself and my thoughts. And with everything that's been going on, if I didn't take care of my mental wellbeing, my mind would end up a mess. Naturally, having my mind being like that is not ideal, so I've been taking care of myself by doing all sorts to manage my wellbeing; and I've learnt quite a few things about what makes me feel good and sets me up to have a good day.
