Being An Apprentice.

Being An Apprentice.

Birthday Reflections.

Birthday Reflections.

Thursday was my birthday!! Which means I ate cake, got pampered and did a bit of reflecting on what I want for the next year of my life. I’m Taking Part In RED January

One of my new years resolutions for this year is to raise some money for charities that I have had a personal relationship with. And one of those charities is MIND. Why I Recommend Going Shopping By Yourself

Why I Recommend Going Shopping By Yourself

As scary as it was for me to go shopping by myself and face my driving anxiety, the benefits I got from it were so worth it. So this week I'm writing about why I think you should go shopping by yourself for the day, or do anything that you enjoy doing but have never done it on your own because the benefits certainly outweigh the anxiety around it!

Life Lessons To Remember

Life Lessons To Remember

I've learnt a load of lessons not only about myself but about how I should see the world; and this is why I'm writing this today.
