These are the products that I use on a daily basis to give myself a little boost and then what I use when I'm off out or having photos taken. Most of my makeup is pretty cheap, and can be found at your local Boots or Superdrug and then I have a few products that are a little pricier but not too expensive.
t's the time of year where we're being bombarded with adverts to buy the latest slimming supplement, drink, diet and workout plan; and it sucks. For those of us learning to love our bodies for what they are (beautiful, in case you're not sure), being constantly told that we need to lose weight now that Christmas is over is just horrible. So for the past week and a bit I've been putting together a list of body positive and self-care Instagram's that you need to be following!
Which brings me to this post. For as long as I can remember, I have made New Years resolutions each year; and EVERY SINGLE ONE has been about how my body looks and my weight. It's always along the lines of: I will lose weight, I will drop a dress size, I will change my body, I will go to the gym 6 times a week, I will stop eating certain foods etc. etc. etc. And this year I REFUSE to make a resolution about my body.

So I decided to try a few of the designs out for myself to see what ones are actually doable!
It's #SelfcareWeek ! And it's got me thinking, what do we actually think classes as selfcare? For me, I typically start thinking about face masks and bubble baths. And well yes that can be classed as selfcare; but as amazing as those things are, there are hundreds of other things you can do. And over the last few days, I've been doing a few of these myself.
